Glory Be to Jesus Christ!
Our Church is very unique as the building structure and as the church community. As the structure its roof is made of six pointy ends and at the top of each end you will see the cross. The highest peak over the sanctuary may be seen as indicating the presence of God in the tabernacle, the two large peaks, the men and women of the congregation, and the three smaller peaks, the entrances into the church.
As the Church community we are all involved into the life of the parish. Christ reaches out and touches us all individually through the other members of community. When a new birth is announced in our parish we all rejoice that God has blessed that family and we share in the Baptism of the child by inviting it to become a member of God’s family. When a young couple is joined together in Holy Matrimony we all rejoice and invite the new family to join our bigger family. When a member has departed we share with the bereaved family the grief and sorrow and join them in offering our prayers for the repose of that soul.
Christ is always present in our lives through expression of our love and care to others.
